Balanset-1A is a portable dual-channel balancing and vibration analysis system designed for on-site rotor balancing without disassembly. Suitable for fans, pumps, compressors, spindles, turbines, crushers, motors and other rotating machinery, it enables single- and two-plane balancing according to ISO 1940. The device measures vibration velocity (RMS 0.02–80 mm/s), phase (±1°), and rotational speed (100–100000 rpm), with FFT spectrum analysis for fault detection. Software automatically calculates correction weights, builds polar charts, saves influence coefficients, and allows rebalancing from archived data. Compact (<5 kg) and easy to use, Balanset-1A is trusted worldwide by maintenance engineers and industrial plants to reduce vibration, extend bearing life, and prevent downtime.
